About ALTHeadline.com
The best way to explain is to revisit our SOFT launch almost two (2) years ago.

News happens fast. There's rarely a perfect time to do anything. As events unfold seemingly quicker and quicker there was no more time to wait to enter the foray. Today we launch: AltHeadline.com

A little background:

Back in 2008 after another frustrating afternoon trying to catch up on the news we reached a tipping point after yet another clickbait headline. We define clickbait as a headline that describes or links to an article, story, or site (material) but that has no postive relation to that material. When we say 'positive' we mean that the headline does not accurately describe the material in any way shape or form.

So we thought of building a web site on the ALT Headline theme such that headlines would be translated to be accurate descriptions of material.

We got busy doing other things and then not even a year ago the whole ALT universe became a meme -- Alt Left, Alt Right, Alt This, Alt That. So we could try to sell the domain or build the darn site.

That brings us to today. Just a soft launch of, 'here we are.' That's all for now. We have actual real life work to do.

What we have to look forward to are carefully cultivated accurately headlined material. We have other features in the works as well. This should be fun and educational and informative.

Of course, IF you want to buy this domain we would be most happy to sell it at a very, very, very high premium. Considering how much money is vomited around to fund ridiculousness all over the place, this is of course a viable option. The formula is basically: If we can have more fun with the money we get for selling the domain then we can for running a site using the domain, then we will sell. Keep in mind, we are a bit geeky.
